Description

The mountains around the Col du Lautaret from the botanical garden of the Serre Chevalier. The mountain pass lies at an altitude of 2,057 m (6,749 ft), and is one of those suggested as having been used by Hannibal for his famous crossing of the Alps. Nowadays, it often serves as a challenging climb on the Tour de France, substituting bicycles for the Carthaginian's elephants.

That is beautiful :) it looks like something out of a LOTR set haha ^^; I love nature shots like this because it helps with settings and works in my stories :) definitely a fav for sure! :D
